The Sidewalk Sale is one of the valley’s most anticipated summer events and draws hundreds of visitors to our village. Your HomeTown Chagrin Falls (YHTCF) is very pleased to begin hosting it this year.  This year’s Sidewalk Sale will be held Thursday, July 27th through Sunday, July 29th.  So come on down, enjoy the sunshine, and support our merchants.  See you there!

Please join us as we savor excellent wines, artisan cheese, craft beers, and
hors d’oeuvres created exclusively by Heinen’s chefs.  This beautiful and comfortable venue lends itself to easy and relaxed conversation with old and new friends alike.  Cleav Peavy will provide live music and all funds raised will directly benefit the many events and programs sponsored by YHTCF in support of our mission to preserve the economic vitality, historic character and unique lifestyle of Chagrin Falls.

Our Holiday Traditions committee has been busy transforming Town Hall into magical Holly Hall for our 19th straight year, and you, your family and friends are invited to enjoy and celebrate the magic of the season by browsing Holly Hall and participating in our many holiday festivities.

The day after Thanksgiving through mid-December, Town Hall is transformed into a winter wonderland that features our mini-tree silent auction, Santa visits, holiday themed train display, children’s gift store, choir performances, free horse and carriage rides and more! It’s no wonder that it is one of our most popular events, attracting more than 5,000 visitors annually!

A huge thank you to our local businesses, organizations and tree decorators for their generous response and participation in our mini-tree silent auction. Over 70 unique accent trees will be featured and up for bid. These beautiful and unique trees make the perfect gift and will provide years of holiday enjoyment for the lucky bidders. Mark your calendars now as Holly Hall’s grand opening is November 27th, with final bidding December 13th at 2pm.

“Letters From Santa” is another season favorite. What better way to share the magic of the season than by receiving a personalized letter from Santa? Whether it’s your toddler, teen or college student… a personalized letter from Santa is guaranteed to put a smile on their face! Act now as Santa has a long list (postmark deadline Nov. 6th, online order deadline Nov. 10th).

Located in Township Hall at 83 N. Main Street, our visitor center is staffed Wednesday through Sunday  from 11 am to 3 pm throughout the fair weather seasons.
You can always find a friendly face to answer your questions and point you in the right direction in town.  Our visitor center staff are well informed about all the village has to offer.  We have information on local events, history, shops – even menus from many local restaurants!

The Visitor Center also carries a variety of Chagrin Falls themed items.  You can find decorative tumblers, Christmas ornaments,  postcards collections and more.   For visitors strolling in our town parks or attending a local event, we also offer public restrooms.
