Following the theme of the book How I Became a Pirate
by Melinda Long, come join us to learn how to create several delicious
treats. Learn about the special gadgets and gizmos top chefs use, and
the benefits of learning to cook such as helping the family, learning
healthy alternatives, self esteem and self accomplishment.
Featuring our own local expert, Sherry K. Letzelter of Sherry's Classic Cuisines.
Start a lifetime healthy habit by becoming a little cook. Parents must
sign a release for children to participate. Forms available at the
Reference desk.
This is a free family event - school age through adult.
