Troy McCarty, the owner and director of White Cloud studios encountered the world of Pilates while working as a professional dancer in New York City in 1988 and has been doing Pilates ever since.
We teach the essentials of what Pilates really is about: An innovative total body conditioning experience with a respect for tradition. Our studios feature the most up-to-date equipment and the environment is non-competitive, enabling you to find a true balance of mind and body.
